1. Who these terms are between

These terms are a legal agreement between you and {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} ("we," "our"), a Romanian company (SRL). By clicking a "get access" button, opening the checkout, or downloading any file, you agree to these terms.

2. What SleepInTen is

SleepInTen is a 100% digital audio product. It consists of soundscape tracks (MP3 files) and accompanying PDF guides, delivered by signed download link and streamed on-page. There is nothing physical to ship.

3. Paddle as merchant of record

Payment for SleepInTen is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for the transaction, issues the receipt, collects and remits taxes where required, and holds the payment relationship with you. The card descriptor on your statement is SLEEPINTEN.COM. Paddle's terms and privacy policy are available at paddle.com/legal.

4. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to buy SleepInTen. You must provide a working email address at checkout — that email is how the library link reaches you. There is no login and no password; access is granted via a signed token in the delivery URL.

5. License to the files

When you buy SleepInTen, {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the files for your own private listening. You may load them onto devices you own. You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, gift, or share the files, in whole or in part.
• Upload them to public services, torrents, or shared drives.
• Use them in commercial recordings, videos, or sound systems (private, non-commercial listening only).
• Remove metadata, watermarks, or credits.

6. Delivery and access

Delivery is instant. After payment completes, your access page opens with signed download URLs valid for 72 hours per issue. You can re-issue the links at any time from the same access page — there is no cap on re-issues. The access page uses a token-based URL; keep it private, treat it like a receipt.

7. Refunds

Every purchase carries a 60-night unconditional refund. One email to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} starts the refund; no forms, no follow-ups. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. See the full Refunds policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent the token-based access system, brute-force download URLs, redistribute files, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks. Repeated violations may result in access being revoked with no refund beyond what is already required by law.

9. Intellectual property

All SleepInTen content — audio tracks, mixes, PDFs, website copy, artwork, the name "SleepInTen," the phrase "Sleep Cue Conditioning™," and the four-note piano cue — is the property of {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

10. No warranty

SleepInTen is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific outcomes will result from listening.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}'s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to SleepInTen is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded — including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Health disclaimer

SleepInTen is a consumer audio product. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for medical advice. Individual results vary. Never listen while driving or operating machinery. See the full Disclaimer.

13. Changes to the product or terms

We may update the product (adding tracks, revising PDFs) at our discretion; any changes affecting your existing library will be delivered to your access page at no extra cost. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the registered seat of {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
